Thank you for your purchase. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. If you need to cancel your purchase, you may do so prior to the dispatch of the product. Please see below for more information on our cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION PROCESS
To cancel an order, please email customer service at arkwildherbs@gmail.com or call us at 8178215312 as soon as possible. Provide your order details, including proof of purchase, and request for cancellation.
- Orders can only be canceled before the product is dispatched.
- Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you may refer to our return policy (if applicable).
REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS
If your cancellation is successful, we will process your refund within three (3) business days. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
